I was born in Long Island, New York, to the late Dr. and Mrs. Norman Max Mendelsohn.
Professionally speaking, I was in the computer business from 1981-1998, installing hardware
and software to a variety of businesses with emphasis on attorneys, military and the
government. I also installed touch screen technology in hotels, country clubs and
restaurants worldwide. In the year 1994, I was involved in an auto accident that left me
with neck and back pains. I was a member of the Williams Island spa and a friend
suggested I try yoga. At that time I was searching for a more fulfilling, a more meaningful
existence. Not only did yoga heal my neck and back, it started a spiritual awakening that
keeps getting better and better. I give gratitude to all my yoga instructors. As it is written
in the Bhagavad-Gita, “The knowers who have seen the truth will instruct you in wisdom.”
I’ve studied with Rodnee Yee, Baron Baptiste, Betsey Downing, Shiva Rea and Peter Barber.
I teach at the Vi in in Aventura, City of Aventura Community Center,
Landmark in Aventura, Renaissance in Hollywood, Biscayne Cove in Aventura, as
well as private classes.
My goal now is to follow my bliss and continue on the spiritual path, spreading love, light and peace
throughout the universe. Yoga is the greatest gift I give myself and I would like to share it
with as many souls as possible. Namaste!
